This service department ROCKS they are very professional courteous and truly care about their customers. They never over charge on the work and I just love going there and will always buy my car there as well. Keep up the good work Hyundai Service??????

The service advisor Darius is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I have been a customer at that location from when it used to be blouins dodge. I have never had anyone of the staff treat us as he did. It’s unfortunate because I will never buy or service another vehicle there again and Darius basically told us he did not care. I know every dealership is busy with all the shortages and it does not seem like you care if you lose a customer or not but these times will not last forever and there will be a time that you might show a little appreciation to your loyal customers.

I have allready talked with the service manager with no results. Dont waste my time I will find another dealer for future needs.
I felt the person answering the phone and setting up the schedule knew nothing about anything.
I got an email saying my vehicle was done yesterday but my vehicle is not there so there is a mistake.
