John is always helpful and explains as well as shows me what the issues are and what needs to be done to resolve it.
90 mins for an oil change and tire rotation seems a bit long. They also installed the floor mat recall for the Ram, but I don’t see how that would have slowed down the process that much! And they stated I refused an alignment, when I was not asked if I wanted an alignment.
