I really didn’t want to say anything, as I am not a confrontational person. I actually tend to let more things go then I should. I came in for nothing but a simple oil change. There was a gap in communication, and it was not caught that my Vehicle was changed over to full synthetic oil. Yes Darlings did the previous oil change. A regular oil change was done on my vehicle I caught it right after I cashed out. I left my vehicle there for the oil change to be redone and went to work where I was already late. I received a call just after 4pm stating it was ready. When I went to get my car I could tell it had not been moved it was parked in the exact same spot with the wheels turned exactly the same way, no floor protector, seat protector, or sterling wheel protector, and the sticker had not been changed. I was going to be charged the difference in the oil change. When I mentioned that I did not feel I should have too I was met with attitude and treated with complete disrespect. At this point I will never return to Derlings for any services as I was lied to and I will no longer be able to trust the service I get there.

John has been awesome to work with every time something breaks on my truck gets me right in and addresses the problems ASAP I will be staying with darlings for future purchases thanks to the way all my truck problems have been handled by John good man give him a raise
