We are always satisfied with the service we receive at Darlings. Devon was courteous, professional and humorous which we all need at times like these.
They took to long to even get it in. I was told that they would get it in the day I dropped it off and it was two days later when they did start on it. They replaced the left front hub assembly, but left the left front axle seal leaking. Now I have to get that repaired. Then they left the steering wheel cover, seat cover, and floor cover in the truck. So they can’t even clean their trash out. I would not recommend your service department to anyone.
I should not pay for something that they damaged on my Ram
No need to contact. Sales team is fabulous, but disappointed in service. Will be working with local mechanic going forward.

I love Devon, he’s so professional but has an excellent sense of humor. I like people who are no bull and straight to the point. I always feel at ease when I talk to him about car things and he never makes me feel stupid. So I hope he keeps it up!!
