John was great! Kept us up to date on our service and made sure we were satisfied before we left the service department. Our Service took much longer than anticipated due to the previous vehicle being serviced and comped our oil change. Very pleased with our first maintenance visit with Darling's and we will definelty be future customers.

I was told by my local mechanic that the Darling team was great, and that was proved at my appt. A tall blond young man in the sales dept kindly gave me directions to the service center. A red haired woman in service was so helpful with directions at the end of my very prompt appt - in spite of being unfamiliar with the area. I had to drive a long way for the recall, but your team made it a good experience. Thank you

The gentleman who checked us in and check this out was very professional. Our appointment was from 110 to 1:40 however the vehicle was not taken in until 135. We did not leave the dealership until 210. Our time is valuable and you were not on time and that is unsatisfactory. In addition our tires were not brought up to the proper poundage in the vehicle was not vacuumed out as it has been in the past every time we’ve come for an inspection. I am not satisfied

The Customer Service is awesome. Very open up to you. Mechanics will call you directly when your vehicle is ready. So that's a plus in my books.
I am VERY disappointed that I bought an additional warranty for my car and was clearly told by the salesperson that it would cover EVERY expense except wiper blades and brake pads. I pay an extra $20 every month in my car payment for this warranty only to find out that I had a $90 bill for a recommended air filter. When I asked why this was not covered under my warranty, I was told this is considered recommended maintenance and would not be covered under the warrantY. I feel as though I was not told the whole truth about this so-called warranty. I was told just enough to buy into it. I'm sorry I ever bought it! The service department said today they need to talk to the sales people and tell them to stop saying this to potential buyers. It's misleading and untrue! I've now paid an extra $300 for this warranty for nothing!
The service and staff were wonderful. First rate. I was disappointed and surprised with the rise of Covid in our state and county, and with Maine CDC recommendation to wear masks inside, there was not one employee or customer other than me that was wearing a mask. No recommendations for mask wearing while inside posted.
Even though I am fully vaccinated and anxiously awaiting my booster we are still at risk for acquiring and transmitting the virus.
I had an entirely pleasant experience from start to finish. The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely go back.
