My husband stated when he dropped his car off that he was nervous the car would get scratched when the tail light was replaced and he was right. The car was scratched and the person he spoke with showed no concern nor did she apologize for the damage to his car. That is unacceptable where thy car is very well cared for and we are not paying for a car to get damaged the first time it goes to your shop. The scratch may be minor to most but when there is pride in one’s vehicle, your staff should not make light of how that customer feels.

Brandy made sure that I was in agreement with the services that were listed on the work order. She apparently suspected an error and she was correct. After further discussion, we agreed on an amended list for my recent visit and to deal with the other items at my next oil change. She later discovered that one of the items that I wanted to delay had already been completed by the technician and apparently discussed this with management and it was decided not to bill me for that item. What could have been a disappointing and frustrating service visit was saved by Brandy’s actions.

Being able to text about the car service was excellent and very much helped with my busy schedule. However several times no one bothered to contact me at all and because of this communication issue my car was in total at the shop for 2 weeks which is entirely unacceptable since if anyone bothered to call me if would have been a 3 say thing
