You guys are a shady dealership. This will be the last vehicle we purchase from your dealership. Every single time we've gone into HoK, it's never a simple in and out. It's always something extra. When I tried to buy out the lease, you guys held my keys hostage and wouldn't let me leave. When my father in law tried to get repairs completed that were supposed to be under his "extended warranty" that he was sold, you guys found a way to get it where the repairs weren't covered. Randy Wilson was supposed to be a family friend, but he used that relationship to bamboozle us. I brought my CR-V in for a recall and you guys couldn't just do the recall, you had to tell me that I needed over $1000 worth of repairs that our personal garage advised wasn't necessary until the car had over 100,000 miles on it. All I wanted was to get the repair done, I didn't want any other service. I dont want to be contacted by anyone at Honda of Kenosha, there's been years of bad customer service from your dealership and I'd just like to be left alone by you guys.Thank you.

Sam was friendly, respectful, and polite. He also knew, in pretty good detail, what was going on with the repairs that were necessary on my vehicle. He called me when he said he was going to call me, so I have no complaints there. I only wish Sam, or someone else above him, would have tried to make a point to reach out every day that my car was in, even if only to say you were waiting on a part, or there was some other delay, or something like that. Just a simple status update Would have been appreciated. But, again, I have overall good feelings about my experience.
