This is the 2nd service visit I’ve had with my new car to Honda and both times happen to have dealt with Rodney Porter in the service dept checking me in and out. He is very polite, courteous, friendly, and professional. I am solely responsible for the maintenance of my vehicle and this is not always the case dealing with service dept personnel so I do recognize and appreciate excellent customer service when received!

I think the reason I keep coming back is because Joe is always so pleasant and poli& the fact that he answers the questions I ask promptly, courteously, & of course correct❣️ And I think that’s very important if you want your customers to come back????And I’m very appreciative of his kindness, his opinion, & straight forward attitude towards Honda vehicles. I’m in crutches, & this man is always polite….. gives me a few minutes extra to get to the counter & always holds the door for me. Any questions I pose to Joe he always gives me a straight answer. He is very knowledgeable about his company && that’s important for new & also older returning customers, it’s always nice to come back to a familiar smiling face that appreciates my business ❣️And that’s why I’m a returning customer ❣️❣️❣️Thanks to Joe & Honda❣️❣️❣️????

I was not happy that my brand new car had a damaged tire immediately after taking it home. Due to the timing it seemed like it was sold this way and should have been fully inspected date of sale and a new tire provided.
