The Service was very slow today! Just for a oil change and Paint Protection on my car! I don't blame Rodney, at all for the slow service, that I got! He apologized for the long wait of, 2 hours and twenty minutes!

This is the third way I'm being asked for feedback. Once from Todd, once from Joe, and now this automated one. Two minor complaints: 1) I didn't get a call saying my part was in. It had been in for months. Or if they did call, they didn't leave a message. 2) My tires were over-inflated by around 5 psi. Not a big deal, but not optimal either.

I’ve taken my car to get the recall fixed like 3 times but there’s always an issue. First they didn’t have the piece now that the tool broke. It’s hard for me to make appointments because I work so late, to then having these inconvenience is frustrating. The service advisor always sounds mad like it’s a problem that my car has issues and that I don’t fix them right away. The only one that provides good service always is Kevin Z.

The car is once again in operable less than an hour after we picked it up and it was supposed to be repaired $1600 later. I am now once again, waiting for a tow truck to bring the car back to Honda Dealer.

Joe was great to work with throughout the entire process. He has a positive and very friendly attitude. Also, he offers and sales the services in a non-pushy manner, which is greatly appreciated. Joe educates and informs the customer which is very important. Due to my very positive experience with Joe over the last 2 days, I plan to get future service from Honda of Kenosha.
