Joe and the technicians who worked on my vehicle (especially the one who drove with me) went above and beyond to find and resolve the issue I had with the car. I was impressed that they didn’t give up until the source was located and fixed and they proactively communicated throughout the whole process!

I don’t know if the car wash was closed or not, but my vehicle was filthy. It was raining most of the week prior, and I thought it would be washed after service.

Charging 3% for using a credit card is stupid. How come the customers always get screwed. I get small restaurants doing that, but a major dealership where bills can be very large is a bit much. Do better.
