I don’t need to be contacted but I just wanted to say my whole experience with this last service left a terrible taste in my mouth not only for the dealership but Honda as a brand as well. I do want to say that I feel Joe took the most amount of care in all of this. Todd the service manager was completely rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional when I came to get information and assistance in resolving the warranty issue. I felt that the dealership was more interested in forcing me to pay out of pocket than they were in making the situation right for me. I will never purchase a Honda again or be back to this dealership.

I got my oil changed in preparation for my trip to Florida and on our drive back from FL, the engine over heated. Clearly the coolant was not refilled.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Honda of Kenosha, where Joe took care of the oil change and diagnosis. The service was impressively fast, professional, and efficient. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the quick turnaround and excellent customer service.

In my opinion “complete” satisfaction is not possible. I think the service was excellent and the shuttle service was exceptional though there were a few issues. For one my estimate was wildly different from the end result by almost double which made for a very expensive visit and there was little explanation primarily I believe because I wasn’t physically present when the information was presented. Secondly there has been a hiccup in that I noticed my door key being missing from my key fob. I hadn’t noticed it when I was leaving yesterday but I did notice it today. I did call over but nothing was on hand and I was refered to someone else I’d need to call tomorrow. I’m hoping I can get that back eventually or get it replaced.

Unfortunately, after my tires were rotated, it seems that the amount of air in my tires was not checked, and as I drove home, my tire light came on, and I had to pull out our air compressor and put air in my tires. Aside from that everything else was OK, but that was a huge inconvenience.
