I want to clarify that my experience Joe Valente was good, but my overall experience with Honda was poor at best. The business practice of Honda not allowing a customer to use the "complimentary" oil change service is poor and borderline criminal. At no time when I scheduled the service was I asked about the oil percentage of my vehicle, nor was it ever stated that I could not use the "complimentary" oil change service. It wasn't until I was dropping off my vehicle that I was told I could not use the "complimentary" oil change service. Putting a person on the spot like that is horrible way to treat a customer.
