I didn’t know that there is a 3% fee assessed for paying with a credit card. Had I known, I would have written a check. My bill was $1,700+, so I incurred a $50+ fee.

when issue identified, did not notify me right away. high cost quoted for missing parts. No good. You could do better.

My car runs and rides great! I feel like it's a new car. Oh yeah, it was cleaned up real nice. Very happy with it and the service . Joe was a great guy to work with.

Samuel contacted and got approval for my repairs to be covered and no charge. I also was given a vehicle to drive for the time it took to fix my van. I am a teacher’s assistant so I am on a budget. Thank you so much for standing by me and your vehicles.

My only complaint is that I was not told that you are now charging 3% when a credit card is used. You should notify customers of that change when they schedule. I could have used a cash option has I been notified.
