This was my first time coming to this dealership. I have been going to a different one for over 25 years. When they were sold the personal service greatly suffered and I came to Kenosha. I was pleasantly surprised and how well I was treated and taken care of. I was really happy to get a loaner car for no cost when my car was going to take multiple days to fix. Joe was excellent at keeping me up to date. I look forward to coming back.

The recent service I had with Honda of Kenosha had a few bumps but when it was brought to Rodney’s attention it was completed to my satisfaction. It’s refreshing to know that complete satisfaction can be achieved with Rodney pulling the strings
