I bought this car with a bumper to bumper warranty and have only had it a few months, but yet a problem under the hood, was considered " not covered" by this warranty. I've had 2 civics, an HRV and this is my second Accord. The Pandemic is not a good enough reason that you should still be digging in our pockets for MORE $$!!!

You quoted me the wrong price on the phone twice and found out it cost $50 more once I got there. Also the key didn’t work well after I received it. Was afraid it might break in the lock. I was told it was the cats fault because of the age. Well I went to american locksmith a few miles away and had the key filed. It now works as it should. I heard a rubbing sound that wasn’t there when I dropped it off and was concerned but blown off. Basic courtesy after making a **** key for $170 would be to at least drive it out into the driveway and listen to it.

We purchased an Easy-Care Extended Warranty when we bought our CRV so I "thought" I'd only have to pay for the LOF & Tire Rotation plus $100 deductible; but NO- My bill ended up being $300!!! ???????????? Though Joe Valente II was Very Communicative during this "Multi-Day" process, I Still paid ~$100-$150 MORE than I Expected... which, IMHO Disqualifies YOUR Service Dept from servicing our 2020 CRV LX again! Will go to Muller Honda in Gurnee for Service... just as "Nice", but much "Closer" to our Residence. ????????????
