Samuel was awesome the advisor even the technician was perfect even his choice of Arizona sweet tea’s and i will always choose this honda location.. also the see thru glass to see your vehicle is the best thing ever i wish all dealers had that option !!

Aside from offensive attitude, they didn't even bother to reset my codes. I have always had great service from you guys, and usually deal with Joe who sits in the back. The gentleman today was just rude.

First time customer. This was the only service department we could find to make an appointment on a Sunday for Monday morning. Work needed to be done for an upcoming road trip, so shopping around wasn't an option. Wound up needing a power steering pump and a recall done. After confirming the order for the parts and paying for them up front, I called my normal shop as a point of reference for a second quote. I was quoted half of what Honda of Kenosha charged me for the same part/labor. It felt like highway robbery. Will no longer be going to this dealership for service and will just sacrifice some time to wait for our normal shop that is honest and upfront with pricing and procedure.

Service in the past has always been great. However, on this occasion a part had to be ordered and I was told I would be called when ready. I was not. I did leave two voice mails and received no response. However, once I did find out the part was in, service was what I expected... good. My suggestion: better follow through is needed.
