I actually had to return to the dealership as they had left some fingerprints or hand marks on the inside of my drivers door. I could have tried to resolve the matter kn my own, but thought why should I? So when I brought fhe car back and showed Sam my service rep., he made sure the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction and it was!

Your sales staff in the showroom were very loud and were cussing. Dropping f bombs loud enough for people in the waiting area to clearly hear them. Thankfully I did not have my 3 year old with me or he would have learned some new words. I manage people for a living and if any of my staff were talking like that I would have to have a serious conversation with them about future employment. It wasn’t once it was several times that they were dropping the f word.
