Advised Lindsay and answering receptionist in setvice department the day be fore pick up, that i was picking up my vehicle early morning as the repairs werent being done. I arrived later than planned to find my vehicle was still not ready, ontop of that I had to wait 40 minutes there. Asked for the manager to please give me a call back. Never heard back. Taking my business elsewhere, somewhere where customers indeed do matter.
Had my TPMS serviced. TPMS service light lit up again after a day.
He didn’t comply to what i was told but thanks to lindsey i got my truck today if not total dissapointed

Waited for almost 3 hrs. and no service was done to see why my engine light was on. I had my appointment at 7:30 am. Michael told me it will take another 4 hrs to see want the problem was. Poor Service. I use my truck for work and could not wait another 4 hrs.

I Am displeased with my service . I took a book 2 weeks out to bring my truck in.
My truck basically sat from mon to Thur and. The labor on what was done and the price of the part I was highly up set with my services and the total pay out of 457. Dollars and I could had done myself . U had the parts but auto zone had you parts dept way lower on price . I can do job in 30 mins or less. But service for not to standard for a 22yr 6 combat tours in Usmc!!! I would love to see Megan basset
