Thank you for servicing my truck and Rojelio Salgado was courteous and very professional. He told me my truck would ready around noontime but I got a call 2 hours later and said my truck ready. Now that’s what I call satisfaction way before it was done. Got to love my Gosch’s Chevrolet ????????????????????????????

I made an appointment a week in advance. It took 3 hours for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous! Jiffy lube does it in 20 minutes or less.

Michael was very open on the issues with my vehicle, let me know more issues were found and didn't hide it from me at all. With knowing a lot of knowledge on cars I go in with confidence seeing how the dealership will give me the run around and Michael straight up told me the issues. After taking it home and doing my driving test and looking over everything the job was great and I love the factor they cleaned up the outside of my car.

I received excellent customer service from Dean very helpful very polite, And to top the time to explain to me in a way that I could understand what was wrong with my car and how and why the clutch went out..

Adviser was great, but he didn’t follow thru with the service. I was told I would get a wash, didn’t happen. Plus I was told All the fluids would be topped off including the DEF, which I asked about, it too was NOT done. A bit disappointed!

My truck is worse than when it was when it went in to get repair done I got my truck out after 3 weeks it drives like crap makes loud noises that I've never heard before very unsatisfied in fact this is going to be the four time my trucks going into the service department every time I get it out something's always wrong with it can we please figure the situation out and get it handled accordingly I have trash at my hills built up for 3 weeks if not having my truck to take to the dump I've lost out on side jobs I've been borrowing family members cars because my truck was in the shop for 3 weeks I get it out today and it's 10 times worse than when I brought it in there I felt as if I should have just left it the way it be and it would have ran a lot better than what it does now. So if you're asking if I'm satisfied I'm highly dissatisfied

Awesome service

So far so good. Will have to schedule another appointment apparently when parts come in. I was not happy with Paradise Chevrolet in the past and want Gosch to a better experience. Dean Page was fine, I was not in the best of moods. Was expecting a simple yes or no to my question about my repairs being covered by the GM warranty. It is my understanding is that it will be covered.
