Went here and paid the extra price thinking the dealership would be not only a better service, but also accountable if something went wrong. Came back home with trans cooler lines were leaking all over my driveway. Took it back and was told it had nothing to do with the work they did. Not true!! They dropped the transmission to put in on he new turbo. Had to take it another mechanic. It costs me $450 more. I would MEVER take it back to the deal ship again. -5 stars

The service writer Dean, was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, I feel the work done by your technicians was mediocre at best. I brought my vehicle in for an extended warranty claim for overheating and further inspection revealed the need for a new motor mount and power steering line. The car sat for over a week before work began (you are busy, I can understand that) but work was further delayed when your technicians realized they ordered the wrong part (only after they attempted to install the wrong part). Then, after another week delay, it was finally time to pick up the vehicle. Upon picking up the car, my wife got about 5 miles from the dealership when the car started overheating again. Upon my inspection, I realized the coolant reservoir was completely empty with no obvious signs of a leak, which indicates your technicians did not add enough coolant to the system (something I'd think they would check on a water pump repair that required the cooling system to be drained). I have more details to add if you care to follow up with me, but if someone was to ask me what my opinion about the service received at the Gosch Chevy dealership, I would tell them that the repair service was, slow and generally incompetent and I cannot recommend your business.
