Was gonna get charge like around $720 to replace the oil pressure sensor on my 2007 Suburban and that included the diagnosis charge of $160 that supposedly goes towards the cost of the repair so that means that the total cost to correct the problem was $880 minus $160 for the diagnosis= $720. I did my research an average cost to replace that sensor is between $320-$400 at the most, parts and labor. Then I asked Roger how much is the cost (oil sensor)of that part and he told me is was around $170 when I had already purchased it for$80+ from your parts department after declining for u guys to replace the oil sensor. At that point I was pretty disappointed but didn't asked him y the part cost me only $80+ and he was telling me it was around $170. I get it they're trying to make a commission but that's highway robbery **** thieves excuse my language (ethics). I've had other services done here in the past but this one might be my last time there unless I don't have a choice and it's a problem that only a Chevy dealership could fix. But next time I'll take some vaseline so it won't hurt ???? that much when I'm getting **** by your service writers. No **** integrity I know all dealerships operate the same way I was fooling myself taking a chance with you guys thinking u guys might do right by the people and charge them what is, nothing more nothing less. I know this survey ain't gonna make a difference or change a **** thing just wanted to express myself. At least someone will get a laugh out of it at my **** expense I guess it's all good as long as it's all at the customers expense.

Michael was extremely helpful and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He also made sure I wasn't without a car while everything was being fixed. I am very happy with Gosch Chevrolet.

I took my vehicle to get serviced and it sat on your lot for 2 days! The poor excuse I was given as to why my truck wasn't serviced is unreal and it made me lose full confidence in your dealership, employees and leadership. GM should really take a close look at the day to day operations in the service department, it's unfortunate for business for GM.

My car was at the service station for 3 days and no one called me to give me an update on my vehicle. I left messages each day asking for someone to call me and no one responded. I finally had to drive 30 minutes to the Chevy service department to ask in person what was going on with my vehicle. I was told then that they were waiting for a part that would arrive in another 3 days. The service technician who helped me when I came in person was very helpful, Rodger. He even called me first thing the next day to give me an update. My suggestion for the future would be to make sure that someone call the vehicle owner each day to give them daily updates.

I don't know much about cars but as someone who's worked in customer service before I can say with confidence that Mr Gormady is one of the most courteous people I've had to pleasure to meet. He gave me consistent updates on the car and was very patient with me. I had my newborn son with me and so it took me a while to be able to get my things together and I was nervous to be on my own with the little one for the first time. Mr Gormady made me feel less skidish about being out in public with the baby when he related his own experience about his own family. I would gladly give a good word to my friends if they had to get serviced out in Hemet like I did.
