Checked in for appt at 1355, did not leave with my vehicle until 1644. Having been mindful that I might have a longer wait time due to the alignment for my vehicle. received a message from my advisor at 1540, which was past the estimated time I was notified my service would be completed. I responded at 1604 with no response, I went to the check in counter to attempt to get an estimated time of completion when I was notified then that it “should only be about 10 more minutes”. The lack of communication is frustrating, and my service left me beyond unsatisfied.

Very professional and kept me up to date with what's going on with company vehicle repairs even called me on his day off. To say truck repairs would be completed by 1030 am Tuesday. Which it was.
I wasn’t helped by him I was actually helped by a woman named Brianna she was super sweet and helpful. She took my keys had me sign paperwork and asked Dean for assistance he basically brushed it off whatever. You know when your family has bought over ten vehicles you think you’d have better service. Also no car wash on the car after they had my vehicle overnight? not to mention stretching my tints the last time my car was serviced there you know accidents happened wasn’t big and I let it go. I’ll never buy a **** car from this place again and don’t call me

Dean single handedly restored my faith back to Chevrolet. His customer service was above and beyond my expectations. He promptly to care of my service schedule error caused by the Chevrolet app. My appointment was not in the system but Dean took care of me and treated me great. Dean needs a big fat raise and promotion.
