As far as the service I received from Dean. I was well satisfied. However when I went to pick up my car (Dean was not there) the was very dirty, looked like it had gone through a dust storm. Doesn’t Chevy usually give a complementary car wash anymore? Other wise my car runs great. Thank you.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership..I had a issue with my used truck an rojelio In the service department took care of my truck and had me on my way..I would definitely recommend Goshen chevrolet to my buddies

Dropped off my truck at 11:30 on Monday, a scheduled appt. Didn’t hear from Dean until Tuesday about 3, the part was in stock. I didn’t receive a call that it was complete until Thursday at 11. 4 days to replace a window regulator assembly. Maybe a 2 to 3 hr job. Then charge me 500.00 labor. Next time I’ll do it myself or take it to someone who doesn’t gouge me. This truck is a 2018 GMC with 23000 miles on it. Back window maybe used. Couple of dozen times total. Ridiculous to have to replace that part out of warranty.

I will be calling tomorrow but what I wanted did not get done snd I was taken advantage of and charged for a service I did not want and now home my AC makes a horrible noise. So I sat there with no communication for almost 4 hours and walked away unhappy and unsure of trusting your service center. A horrible experience.

I honestly had a horrible experience To begin with Dean is impossible to get a hold of and no matter how many msgs you leave he won’t return the call My car was there 5 days and nothing was done Anyway Thanks to Briana Hull for helping me just situate everything and get my car back Dean was completely useless ! Have a great day Hemet Gosch Chevy
