There was a complete lack in communication. I was promised my vehicle same day and it went into a second day. I had to pay for two days of a car rental which should have only been one. I called him twice throughout the day with no return phone call. I had to proceed to speaking with the shop manager. I’m completely dissatisfied with his service.
