It’s been 3 weeks. My car is still not fixed.
Service technicians could not identify the problem with my vehicle. If anybody should be able to fix my vehicle it should be the dealer. Instead i got my vehicle back the same way i took it in.
No communication whatsoever. I dropped my vehicle off at 10 AM for an oil change. I had to call them to see what the update was with my truck at 5pm for them to tell me they had to hold it overnight. They said it would be ready by noon the next day…….. I called at 2 PM the next day to ask for an update, and they told me it was ready to be picked up.
The customer shouldn’t have to initiate the communication.

Dean did a outstanding job as a service writer. I appreciate his honesty. He is a real asset to the Gosch Chevy dealership.
Left several messages asking for a call back but could only get text message response, unprofessional in my opinion. My vehicle was at your location for a month, not all day of the work was completed after being told by Dean the work would be done. Now the vehicle has to go back again to have the work completed. No truthful answers or accountability, only excuses made even by management.
