Everyone was friendly. The job was completed correctly and my car was washed free. They even did an excellent job on the wash. I will definitely be back!
When I arrived they told me that I had 5 people ahead of me it would be about a 2 hour wait, 41/2 hours later my truck was finally ready.

Thank you for the great service. Mario the service advisor was very helpful is getting my warranty problem written up. And Juan the transmission tech did an excellent job in checking out my cars problem! Even though my problem is not fixed, they both did a great job. Guess I will have to directly to GM to get this problem fixed, because GM has not come up with a solution to correct this transmission problem! Thanks again, Jerry S
Did not top off fluids, tires air pressures on rear low. I corrected them myself. I try to keep things local. Thought car wash was included, another vehicle came in same time I did, had his car washed.

I had a appointment for 9:30 and did not leave until 12:30. I have never been somewhere where when you have a appointment where you put walk-in before people who have appointments. Then when you tell the service rep the response is we are just trying to make everything fair. Then what is the point of making appointments if you can't manage both appropriately.
