They don't need to contact me. They did fine on the oil change. I was unhappy with the fact I could not get my car wash. Also I asked for 2hokes to be drilled where license plate goes in back and was told they couldn't do that. I feel those should have already been there since you have to have a rear license plate. Even so they couldn't do it?? Just keep getting dissapointed every time I deal with Gosch...

Thanks Josh for helping us out. You had an awesome attitude through it all. He made sure everything was done as ask of. We received our truck as we were told we would, that was a big deal to us. It was a better experience then our last visit.

I had a windshield replaced today. The technicians left boot prints all over the door molding, left grease on the driver's door handle, and sweaty handprints all over the driver's door. The really big issue came when I found damage to the interior term...drivers side near the freshly replaced windshield!!! My car was there for 8 hours, surely there was enough time to do the job without damaging or leaving my vehicle dirty!

3 and a half hours for an oil change. Way to long. I was told that there was only 3 people ahead of me. Should have only been there an hour and a half at the most.
