My service experience was prompt, attentive and professional. He kept me informed of what to potentially expect and got me taken care of quickly, knowing I saw as waiting in store. He was professional and personable and the car is back to working well.

I wasn't notified of the status of the repair as stated until I called at 1630 and found out he was gone for the afternoon. I waited about twenty minutes until 1650 and called. I believe I reached a person named Josh who said he was looking through my repair order and getting ready to call me. He told me I needed a brake switch,what the cost was projected and and said the switch was in stock. After discussing my wasted time waiting for a call that wasn't coming and a number of other issues of concern to me, I authorized the repair and asked to speak with the service manager who was home ill.the only positive things I have to say are that the service personnel were polite, if ineffective, and the vehicle was repaired a day late. I would be more than happy to discuss this issue with anyone who might have some control over what happens in your service department. This was my first visit to your new facility and new personnel. Julian Zamora was very attentive, thorough, and friendly. I visited the service station on a Saturday morning and didn't have an appointment. After waiting a few minutes I was quickly greated by Julian. Great experience overall.
