Michael was Great !!, he so professional checking me in and making sure I got a loaner vehicle, and when I seen it was a car and it was my Silverado that you were working on, I asked if I can have a loaner truck, he immediately made the change. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!, then he called me several time to explain the problem then called me again to keep me updated, Definitely Michael went OVER AND ABOVE my expectations.

The driver who took me home and picked me up was delightful.
Went in to install running boards, but the wrong ones were installed. I mentioned this to Mr Robert Hartsell, he said he was sorry and I could show him the ones that were Supposed to be installed, I did and he was going to see if they were in stock. He came back a couple minutes later and said they have them in stock and would have them installed ASAP. My truck was ready within 1/2 hr. I was very satisfied with Mr Hartsell's customer service. Very glad Mr Robert Hartsell is my service rep.
