If someone's car is to be held overnight, they need to be called and told that was the case and all means necessary should be provided to be sure that person's transportation needs are cared for.

Michael was great!!! I had an appointment, I had to leave my car but he made sure I had a shuttle home and for pick up after my car was done... He went over what they were going to be doing with my car, and was very pleasant even though they were really busy.. He didn't rush me out the door.. Thank you
