Mike took good care of me had me on the road asap and no issues since
I was told I had to wit 1.5 hours by one person then 4 hours by another asocial associate! I was promised a car wash and it was not done! That was probably the 4/5 time I've brought in my car and was asked if I wanted a wash and never have had it done or explained why it wasn't! I had said I would still wait! The second associate said well that's approximate, he was my promising that it might be more time! I asked, how many cars are ahead of me and he said about 7! I said I'll wait and again he had a negative attitude and said he wasn't sure I'd get my car now bye the 4th hour! I rudely said I wasn't leaving till my car got maintenanced! The guy said ok went out to check my mileage and came back inside with a better attitude! He need customer service training for sure!!

Ken was a very nice man who understood my frustrations with my car. He returned my calls in a timely manner and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. The second time I had an over heating issue the following day, heade sure I had a car to use to pick up my medication while my car was fixed. That was such a big help I really don't think how much help that was. He stated for the inconveniences he put gas in my car. I would recommend Ken to my family and friends and the GOSH Dealership in Hemet..Thanks Ken and thanks GOSH Chevrolet.

I'm still not sure the service person looked at my air filter. He just stated it was okay. Julian did offer to look for me. I declined as it was raining.
