Very disappointed in your dealership brought in my wife car four times in the last two weeks I think your mechanics don't know what they're doing it's a **** on my wife it's a **** on me before you guys call somebody and tell them the cars ready why don't you guys test drive it so you guys know what's wrong so my wife doesn't have to wait in 160° weather think of it as if your wife was broken down I am taking second thoughts of ever buying from you guys again again very disappointed
Great service - every informative.
I asked to have my tire monitoring checked. I was told it was the air pressure. When my car was returned the light was still on. My paper stated that my tires would be checked for correct pressure and rotated. If my light was still on either the work was completed or the tech forgot.

Nothing Michael did. Muchael was fine and everything was good from his service. My car did not get detailed as i was told it would. I also made an appointment for 7am and the website says service opens at 7am. The service dept did not open til 8. I would expect the service scheduling coordinator would have sent me an email statingthe hours since they were not open at the time i requested. Car was washed but not detailed like i was told ut would be. Definitely unhappy with everything except what Michael helped with. I have confirmation email if needed about appointment time. Also your websiteis wrong
