Great service! But was not offered a car wash untilI picked up the Tahoe. Did not have time to wait. You should ask about the wash when I dropped it off for service.
I live in Temecula but I drive here because the service I've always received is superb! I will never know if anyone else can compare as long as my family and I continue to get the best!

Even though it took longer than I expected , Michael was very helpful and accommodating.
The repair work was great, staff was great my only problem was that my car was being worked on for over a week and no called to give me an update, when i called the receptionist (not her fault) was only able to tell me that i would not get any response because no one would be there.
Michael was a really nice guy. My issue was I came in at 3pm with an appointment and waited over 2 hours. I didn't get a courtesy wash (not a big deal) and all my seats were tweaked and mirrors were all out of whack. I just came in for an oil change. Overall though, it had nothing to do with Mike. I will still come here

Vehicle was not ready on day i picked up had to have it towed back to dealership was very upset with entire trip
When I arrived I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. Needing my oil changed I agreed to wait patiently. To y surprise it only took and hour and a half.The service department was excellent! To top it off I came out to a beautifully clean washed car that I didn't expect. Thank you all!!
Sat there for two hours. They were never told i was waiting for my car. If i didnt go ask i would of sat there even longer
