When my mom brought the car in, everything was working. Upon picking up the car, my radio screen was damaged. Instead of Dean informing us of what happened, he never said anything. When we saw the screen and went back to him, he already had something downloaded telling us it was an issue that Cadillac put out in 2017. Here it is 3 years and he trying to tell us this is the issue but the car has been fine before bringing it in. Dean was very disrespectful to my mom being that she's handicap saying he was not going outside to the car to tell her anything, if she wants to know then she needs to come to him. This is no way to treat a customer. Even before picking up the car we left several messages to check to see if the car was ready and Dean would never get on the phone nor return our call back... we had to pop up at the dealer just to find out it was ready with the radio screen scratched. He refused to discuss the issue.

Michael was very nice and helpful however I was very dissatisfied with the fact that they couldn't courtesy wash my car since it's a dually. Then they couldn't help with a rental so they provided an uber to location but couldn't provide an uber back. Im very disappointed with my overt all purchase from the beginning.i was forced to add this service to my contract for servicing only provided there.

The whole dealership treated me like I was nothing but a sale. The service center was fine I’m not happy with the price but that what I get going with with gosch. The salesman there were trying to get me to trade in my vehicle instead of paying to fix it which I was open to then I get a trade in quote on my 2012 GMC TERRAIN and this man tells me 500$ dollars. The company as a whole made me regret my choice with going to them because I didn’t feel taken serious at all. An agent reached out to me for the appraisal and he was the one who gave me the 500$ quote on my vehicle. He tried to give me some good deals on a potential trade in for my vehicle but wouldn’t budge on the trade credit, I get it’s part of the job but when I asked for an overall cheaper vehicle he then stopped responding completely. I feel they just wanted to get the most money out of me as they could and I wouldn’t it recommend this service to anyone.

Michael was rude from the minute I walked in the door. He made me wait for 10 minutes while no one else was busy and I was the only customer. He tried to sell me $3800 + of repairs on a vehicle probably only worth $4000. He said the job would be between 2 and 4 hrs, then refused to help me get home. I am a widow who lives alone. I had to call after 5 then after 6 hours to get status. My car was there for 7.5 hrs for an oil change. He kept me waiting for 40 minutes at pickup even though he called me saying it was ready. He refused to wash the vehicle. Fortunately the young man who drive the truck out to me said he took a few minutes to wash it because it was dirty. Thank that young man! He was thoughtful and cordial. I will NOT return to this Chevrolet dealership.
