Dean was beyond helpful! Dean communicated quickly with me to let me know what the problem was with my Chevy and got it fixed right away. My car was in and out of the shop within 24hrs. Car troubles can be a stressful experience but I’m glad I can trust the service at Chevy.

Although Roger and the staff is very nice, and I’m glad I seem to have finally gotten a correct diagnosis from them, I narrowly escaped a big waste of money. After thoroughly explaining the problem and work I’ve already had done over the past few months to find the cause of my vehicle vibration, I left my car with Gosch first thing Friday morning and I gave permission for them to keep it until Monday to thoroughly try to diagnose my problem. With no contact from anyone, I called at 2:30 Monday and was told that the rotors should be turned. When I explained that I’ve already done this, they agreed to keep the car another day to look further and on Tuesday they said for sure it was the motor mounts. After getting my vehicle back home to decide whether or not to do the repairs, I did some research on pricing to see how likely it was that the vibration would be fixed after an expensive replacement, to see if it was worth the risk, or time to look for a new car. In doing so I also found out how FAST and EASY it is to quickly lift the hood while a helper changes gears and revs the car to see my engine jump a few inches, clearly indicating the bad motor mounts. While I’m happy that Gosch did seem to find the problem, they originally wanted me to spend money on the rotors, which would have put me back into a car without solving the actual problem, which I now know can be dangerous if not repaired. I feel that it should not have taken so long for this simple test to be considered. And, because of this I do not feel confident having the repairs done at Gosch, particularly since I’ve already received quotes elsewhere for $250 less. Again, the staff I interacted with were nice and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I’m not sure I would recommend or trust the service techs based on this experience.

I bought a lemon from you brand new 12 years ago, a 2012 Traverse. I have been in and out of services shops the entire 8 years of having that car. Just as an example, We fixed the A/C five times. I think every possible thing has gone wrong with that car. Every time we have brought the car in we have discussed the possibility of it being a lemon with the service department. Yet every time we convinced that the car was fine. This last time that I brought it in was because it stalled on us on the freeway in the fast lane. Lives could have been ruined. After that we were told it needed a new transmission. An eight year old Chevy! Your sells team would only trade the car in for another car, not writes us a check. When we came to have it towed to somewhere else to sell it they still insisted we pay the $150 diagnostic fee. When seconds before bringing it to your store we went to an AutoZone, plugged in a diagnose reader and got a print out of what was wrong for FREE. We told Rodger in the service department what was wrong with it. We had the codes and didn’t need them diagnosis it. My family has bought numerous cars from the Gosch Dealership. We will never buy from Gosch again. I really can’t complain enough.
