Mike is always professional and friendly. I have had unpleasant experiences with some of the other service writers but never with Mike. He is a valuable asset to Chevrolet.

Rojelio was awesome, great service. I was just bummed because my brand new 2021 truck has an issue and I have to bring it in a second time because they don't know what's wrong and GM has to be contacted. Very concerning to say the least. This is out of Rojelios control. Not his fault. He was great.

I have to say, this has been one of the best experiences I can remember having at a dealership. I felt like a VIP. The service manager Eric went above and beyond to talk with me and to come up with a plan to fix my car.
