Michael did a fabulous job and is very well versed on your Chevy products. He even printed out info for my husband with regards to the fuel filter. However when my husband went to replace the filter, whatever the recall required, your mechanic didn’t secure the piece on the under carriage. Had my husband not found this, the piece under my car would have vibrated off and done damage to my undercarriage. Please let the mechanic know that he needs to check this stuff better.

There was some miscommunication and lack of communication with what was happening with my vehicle. As I waited in the waiting area for 3 hours, I did not know that the vehicle was staying overnight until the Service department left for the day. Big thanks to the Sales department for helping me to retrieve some belongings from the vehicle. The next day there was no update received until 1:51pm after calling for an update at 9:34am.
