Dean Page has been my service person for MANY years. He is a great person, personable, honest, has a great sense of humor and knows my vehicle inside and out. I've said before, and I will continue to say it .... I would not be a customer of Gosch Chevrolet if Dean wasn't there. I am a single "mature" woman with no knowledge of vehicles at all, and he is very patient with me and explains things in language I can understand. If I ask him for his opinion, he shares it with me, and if I'm sliding off the rails, he eases me back on track. Gosch is very lucky to have him....and so am I.

Due to time constraints i could not get my car repaired and i left my car there from roughly six hours and it did not get diagnosed they did not charge so that was fair but its a little aggravating that i cant get a straight answer on a timeline for repair i when i asked they said they have a car thats been there over 100 days because gm doesnt make the parts my car is a 2016 thats noy a realistic answer for my situation i need my car to commute to san diego there are real implications for me if i am not where i need to be under the uniform code of military justice and vague answers prevent me from planning i would have loved to work with this company but not with answers like my car could potentially be on hold for 3 months
