I dropped my car off per my appointment at 8a Thursday morning, I did not receive a call from Dean regarding status of my car until Friday afternoon, after I called. Another disappointment was being told although I kept my appointment my car had not even been inspected and would need to be kept over the weekend. After this experience I decided not to have the inspection or work done at Gosch, and if I do in the future I will seek another facility.
