The service rep hand me the key and told me find your car outside I walked back in forth an d my car wasn’t outside they have it inside. I was expecting someone to give me the car
Service experience was great. The dog that runs around peeing on the carpet in the waiting room not so much. You could see lots of little spot the same size as the one she did in front of me. I love dogs, but don’t want wait in a room the dog uses as a potty.

Kept getting the run around They told me my truck was getting work on Wensday they had to keep it overnight didn’t get a call all day Thursday till I called around 5 and they said that my truck parts aren’t going to be there till Monday then when I told them to put all my parts back on and I will just take it Friday all the new parts magically appeared and it was ready Friday Still have some issues with the truck that they said nothing was wrong with it I got the truck from you guys and traded in a perfectly good 2019 car ... I Was very unsatisfied and don’t think I will ever come back For my next truck I was a repeat member with perfect payments never late

Truck in for radio not working and after 2 weeks of truck in your dealership and made to buy a new batery, told radio needed replacement. It was never replaced but supposedly fixed but my aftermarket insurance was billed over $1300.00 I will never again return nor recommend your dealership and keep in mind I have 4 sons and several relatives all chevy owners who will find out about your inefficiency and ripoff.

Very satisfied with the service
I requested a tire rotation and specifically requested not to fill tires with air since they have nitrogen. According to the sensors on the dashboard, it looks like the put air in the tires. Not to happy about that
My car was damaged on the back bumper while in your care for a week I called and left a voicemail with a manager and no one is getting back to me. ****-****-xxxx
Was seen as a walk in oil change and they were able to squeeze me in to the schedule. Much appreciated.
