No I wasn’t because my truck went in for a recall on the brakes when I picked it up I told him that it wasn’t breaking the next day and the dashboard was going off anon when they I took it back Monday morning on the toll truck they told me that they had nothing to do what with the truck was doing I spoke to the manager and he told me that he would fix the brake issue because that’s what they did the recall and not the other one where the dashboard was going black when I took the truck and there was nothing wrong with it absolutely nothing when I picked it up yesterday they charge Me 159 because they said that my husband asked him to check the truck when my husband never did ask them to check the truck one because the personal contact me said that there was two things wrong with the truck it was the brakes and it was a cable I’m not satisfied at all I will never take my truck back to you guys and I will never recommend you to nobody

Follow up text message I received this morning was waaaaaaay to early. Suggest changing the texting time to follow up with people at least
after 8:00am. The 7:00am text woke me up and I'm not able to go back to sleep. And it's my weekend to sleep in and not work. ????
When I went to pickup my vehicle they couldn't find it or the keys. Waited over an hour for them to find it. However the service representative was alone and continued to work on locating my vehicle.
Could have had a few more service reps on duty, poor guy was all alone and overwhelmed with customers
Dean did a great job which presented a high degree of customer understanding during a very difficult time for everyone due to COVID protocols that have been placed on all businesses —- UNLESS the company is owned by the governor or one of his family members!

The ease of access to a vehicle Rojelio made through Enterprise Car Rental made the repair manageable. I also appreciated him calling for an Uber/lift to and from my destination during the diagnosis of my vehicle, I was able to not miss work while during my car repair. Rojelio was not only patient but informative and responsive to my many concerns and his communication response time to emails was impressive,
Thank you fir taking in my truck on a short notice to get an oil change. We had no appointment and you still took my truck in for my service. Lyndsay was very helpful and very professional.
