Very unhappy with service department. My wife was complaining about a noise from the rear of the 2018 Malibu the first time they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Three second time we sent it in because the noise was getting worse now they are saying that the rear struts need immediate attention. I purchased in cash the extended warranty exactly for this type of issue. Now they are saying that the warranty will not cover and on top of that I was charged for the diagnostic. I feel a little hurt because I work for Gosch Chevrolet for 2yrs and I thought I was considered family. And to make matters worse the noise is still there I guess I have to wait until my wife gets into an accident or get stranded somewhere.
