Service took longer than expected which I was somewhat ok with to get the work completed. I received no videos or updates. I was the one who had to call multiple times to get my updates. First was to be told towards the end of the day oh yeah we need to keep it over night to check it in the morning and make sure we fixed the issue and we’ll call you in the morning. I waited until after 3pm and called looking for a status only to be told sorry your advisor isn’t in and he’ll call you on Monday. Completely unacceptable as I told them as I have work. Then I get a text an hour later it was complete and when I arrived it had been done for a while. The lack of communication and service standards are far below par and all I hear from Previous customers and people I know who go here are disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of customer service and work quality that comes from here. Now I see what there are always open spots available faster than any of the other surrounding Chevy dealers. Management needs to start being real leaders and mentoring, leading and molding their service and techs better.
