I was told the service I was going in for today would take no more then an hour. My appt was for 11am. Around 11:45am I looked out the window and seen my vehicle was still sitting. I approached the gentleman at the desk and asked how long? He told me it could take a half a day. Seriously?? I was told it wouldn't take more then an hour now it's a half a day? I was there for a recall that only needed a simple reprogramming. It would take no more than 10 mins to do this job. The gentleman was rude and lacked customer service. My car finally went back about 15 mins after I said something, sure enough 10 mins later my car is done. The guy came out and handed me my keys and just said your car is done and walked away. I could tell by his demeanor he was frustrated. I didnt get any paper work on the job that was done or anything. I had to go ask for it to be printed out, which seemed like he wasn't to thrilled about doing that for me either. I dont see myself returning to this location for ANY service. There are plenty other ford dealerships that will want my business and will treat me like a customer.

was scheduled for a 1 o’clock oil change, but did not get that for filled within that time frame. I was inconvenienced because I had to leave my car instead of waiting to be completed for that task.This was do to your Technicians were in training. Didn’t receive my car back until about 4 PM. Would have liked to been compensated for this inconvenience or offered compensation on a future service. Would have been fine with receiving a phone call or a text to state that the oil change scheduled time Wasn’t going to be kept due to your training of your technicians.could've been rescheduled. Left work to keep on that schedule time.

Dropped the car off at 8:15 AM. At 1:30 I found out nothing had been done yet. I went and picked up the car with no service being done. No need to contact me I won’t be going back there
