Comfortable waiting area. When I checked my car in, I was informed it should take a couple hours if I was going to wait. I explained that I care for my disabled mother so if the maintenance could be done a little more quickly I would sure appreciate it. I was surprised, and very pleased that the service was completed in under an hour. Thanks Murphy, I’ll be back.

I was due for my 60,000 miles service and I have an issue with my Park Aid, which I was told couldn’t be resolved because their WiFi was down. Three was no offer of bring my vehicle back on another day, or any other suggestions. It would have been nice to have the problem acknowledged and a solution offered. That is good customer service to my way of thinking, but I could be wrong. (Especially after spending over $500 for service)
