Travis was very good! However the cost sheet was inaccurate and the time it took for them to complete an oil change and to replace a tail light took way too long! I dropped vehicle off at 3:10 and after a few phone calls vehicle wasn’t ready until 6:22. Next was the cost sheet! You guys were going to charge me $186 to change out a tail light! And wanting around another $1000 for an axle issue that should have been brought up 6 months ago when we paid you over $3000 for suspension work plus more! I told Travis there is no way a tail light would cost that amount and he looked into and said it was put into the system wrong and it’s only $22! Okay! That’s a huge mistake on your half! How many other senior citizens just said ok and paid that! And I’m wondering about this axle issue too so we are having another company look at it to see if you are trying to take advantage of us as well! I see now how you are affording such a nice addition to Honda Marysville!

Service Team was not totally upfront and honest about the amount of time amount of money the repairs would take. My vehicle came back to me covered in dirt and dust on the exterior- it would have been nice to have it washed before returning to me. 4 out of 10.
