Brian was awesome! He demonstrated great customer service. Brian broke down the terminology to where I could understand more about the services being done on my car and it was very helpful. After bringing my car in for a full diagnosis of what was wrong with it and having to wait six weeks, For the parts to get ordered. only to schedule and find out that the parts were not ordered when scheduling the appointment. I confirmed three times the work that was to be done on my vehicle and all three times I was told that it would be done. I do not live in Marysville. I live an hour away so driving down is not convenient for me at times. When I explained that this was not my fault and that it was the, responsibility of Honda and asked if I could get a rental car since the part was going to have to be ordered, I was told that I would be charged $45 a day. This was Honda‘s mistake and not mine. This is the third time that I have come to the dealership to have worked done and left without the job being complete. so Honda Marysville lost out on $650 of my money due to the lack of coordination of making sure All the parts were available. I will find someone else to complete the job.

I tried to explain 2 problems with the stero head unit. Be it they were 2 different problems, but both involved the stereo head unit. The vehicle has 3200 miles on it, sad i had problems already. I worked at Honda of America for 13 years. Met Mr. Honda and shook his hand. He would be truly disappointed in Honda .

I struggled with the maintenance location as I have one within 2 miles of our home. I decided to make the 30 drive to Marysville. I genuinely was made to feel like the only customer they had. I will not be going anywhere else.
