The issue with my car was possibly investigated but from the sounds of the conversations that I had probably not really investigated. When I asked about it I was told that the service that I received has fixed the problem and that to further investigate part of the issue that I had my car towed there for I was told it would be an additional exorbitant fee just to determine if there was something else wrong with it. The person I was in contact with, michael, was polite but brusque and overall I don't feel like the service that I received was anything more than generic and adequate not specifically from him but just in general I felt very dismissed and overcharged. My family and I have purchased and serviced multiple vehicles with Lindquist and today's service made me wonder why this isn't the first time that I felt like the service department was dismissive. And in actuality as the tow truck drove away with my car I thought to myself why did I not have them take my car to Dahl Ford and this was before the service was completed.

Dustin **** and the whole Lindquist team went above and beyond help me out and when my truck was broke down I run a small business and the truck is absolutely super important to me they provided me with a free launcher truck which really helped me out so I could keep my customer says fine the transmission mechanic showed me just exactly what the problem was I really appreciate that he seemed very professional and very knowledgeable
