Micheal is very professional and trying to correct the alert “Remote fractures disabled to preserve battery.” It is trial an error at this point to determine if it may be just a bad battery. I just got the alert again this morning. We decided to try connecting to my tender to see if this will stop the alert. Everyone is trying to get this fixed.

I have given coolant flush but it seems they did or didnt do that that coolant remains same level when given before to service after i noticed and asked agent coolant is below to minimum point he came and top up that. How can i belive that they did coolant flush for my car. They charged me 150$ for that. Remaining everything looks just if like this incident happens customer loses faith

I’m not sure which person was Haley, but The whole Lindquist Ford team gave me exceptional service. I was headed to a bus day trip and my tire low light came on. I contacted them and they were able to pick it up, fix it and take it back. Appreciate the exceptional customer service
