My appt was at 1020am. I arrived on time and dropped off my car. I was told it would be an hour so I went out for a run. I came back about 50 minutes later and my car hadn’t even been taken back. I complained the service staff was rude and dismissive. Somebody came out and offered me a loaner car for an hour which was ridiculous. An hour? About 20-30 minutes later I was told to sign paperwork; my car was done. I then waited close to 15 minutes and finally went to the back to ask where my car was. It was still another 5-7 minutes before I finally got my car. Terrible service, terrible response to their poor customer service, and the added bonus of making it worse by keeping me almost another half hour after I was told my car was done. I am just waiting to look at my FordPass because I’m sure they used my points. Even though I was told that “it was all taken care of”. Not sure I’ll ever come back. Over 2 hours with almost zero effort to apologize or make it right. As a customer, it is not my fault that your employees don’t come to work.
